Jason Bailey

Jason Bailey serves as the UCD Multi Site General Manager for KSG since May 2022, overseeing 14 units on a busy campus, including a large restaurant and various cafes while managing a substantial team of managers, supervisors, and chefs. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager and Operations Manager at Court Yard Hotel, F&B Outlet Manager at Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links, Business Development Manager at CityNorth Hotel & Conference Centre, Bar Manager at Royal Marine Hotel, and Bar Manager at Red Cow Moran Hotel. Jason Bailey holds a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Technological University Dublin, completed between 2012 and 2015.
