The Property investment segment is engaged in the investment of real properties and hotel. The Investment holding segment is engaged in the provision of management services to the subsidiaries. The Car park operation segment is engaged in the car park management services. The Company's properties include KSL Bukit Jaya, KSL Mutiara Bestari, Nusa Bestari, Kempas Indah, KSL Avery Park, KSL Shopping mall and KSL Hotels and Resorts. Its subsidiaries include Bintang-Bintang Development Sdn Bhd and Bintang-Bintang Enterprise Sdn Bhd.
