Tom Barber

Tom Barber is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Peregrine Hospitality since April 2024, Barber oversees comprehensive financial operations including financial planning, accounting, and treasury functions. Prior to this role, Barber was CFO at Mission Hill Hospitality, where responsibilities included debt capital markets and asset management, along with significant contributions to strategic financial planning. Previously, as EVP and Chief Strategy and Development Officer at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Barber drove domestic net room growth after years of decline.
