Joel Estrada

Joel Estrada has significant experience in operations management, currently serving as Gerente de planta at KSR International Inc. since July 2016. In this role, Joel leads a multidisciplinary team across Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Production, Materials, and Quality to achieve profitable short- and long-term objectives aligned with the company's mission and values. Key contributions include the global implementation of the KSR Production System and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Prior positions include roles as Gerente de Operaciones, Gerente de Estampado y Soldadura, and Gerente de Estampado at KSR, as well as engineering and supervisory positions at BIC and Kwuan Myung of Mexico. Joel holds an MBA from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila and a degree in Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo.
