Shane Keenan

Shane Keenan, CPA, MBA has extensive work experience in finance, starting as a Plant Controller at The Woodbridge Group in 2002. Shane then progressed through various roles, including Controller for Australian Operations, Regional Controller for Asia Pacific, and Finance Director for Asia Pacific. Shane'smost recent role was Finance Director for Formed Plastics, Flex Foam & Lam, Eng Composites and Tech Foam BU's at The Woodbridge Group before joining KSR International Inc. as Finance Director in 2021. Throughout their career, Shane has been responsible for financial reporting, planning, reviews, cost methodologies, and financial governance.

Shane Keenan, CPA, MBA completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting) at Victoria University. Shane then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Finance specializing in Finance and Taxation at the same institution. Shane furthered their education by obtaining a Graduate Diploma in IT with a focus on Information Technology. Shane continued their academic journey by earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Deakin University. Additionally, Shane obtained their CPA certification from CPA Australia. Shane also participated in the Executive MBA Program at the University of Virginia, concentrating in Management.
