Mariela Hernandez is an Architectural Designer with experience at KSS Architects, Cooper Robertson, and Max Strang Architecture. Mariela holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida. With a background in various internships and apprenticeships, Mariela has worked on a range of projects from residential high-rises to infrastructural developments. In addition to their design work, Mariela has also served as a Teaching Assistant and Outreach Ambassador during their time at the University of Florida.

One of our five partners leads each project, but consults regularly with other partners and team members to give everyone the opportunity to contribute their specialized knowledge and to find the solution for any design, technical, or management problem. Our projects have received many awards and are often featured in national and regional publications. KSS was named AIA New Jersey’s Firm of the Year in 2002, 2005, 2009, and 2013.
