Carl began their career in 2011 as an Applications Engineer at Proplanner.NET.
Carl Kirpes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University. Carl also holds a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from the same institution. In 2018, they attended the Strategic Leadership Program at the Goff Strategic Leadership Center, David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Carl is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and is expected to complete their degree in 2022. Additionally, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Iowa, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Carl Kirpes has also obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and as a Professional Engineer licensed in Texas from the National Society of Professional Engineers.
