Haeng Suk Chae

Haeng suk Chae is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer strategy and innovation at KT since November 2009, currently serving as the Head of the Customer Innovation Team within the Customer Strategy Unit of the Customer & Media Business Group. Previously, Haeng suk Chae led the UX Team within the Strategy Planning Division at KT Tech. Additionally, Haeng suk Chae held the position of Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology & Cognitive Science at Sungkyunkwan University from March 2013 to February 2016 and worked as a Postdoctoral Associate and Senior Researcher at Yonsei University's Center for Cognitive Science from March 2003 to December 2008. Haeng suk Chae earned a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science & Engineering from Yonsei University.
