Dan O'Malley has extensive experience in environmental health and safety management, currently serving as EHS Manager at KTA-Tator, Inc. since April 1994. In this role, Dan is responsible for the financial performance of the department, marketing initiatives, proposal development, client relationships, onboarding, and staffing decisions. Technical responsibilities include developing safety and health programs, leading paint removal specifications, conducting submittal reviews, performing air monitoring for ambient and worker exposure, managing asbestos inspections, and ensuring site compliance. Previously, Dan worked as a Project Manager at KTA-Tator, overseeing project delivery from proposal through invoicing, with a focus on high-volume ambient air monitoring and industrial hygiene sampling. Dan started their career as an Environmental Technician at SE Technologies, LLC, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Wildlife Biology from Penn State University.
