Hen Horesh

Hen Horesh is a seasoned professional with a robust background in engineering and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Global EHS System Management Manager at ICL Group since November 2022, Hen previously held multiple roles at Flex from 2017 to April 2023, including Project Manager and Production Engineer & Site Lean Leader, where project planning, negotiation, and production processes were key responsibilities. Earlier experience as an Export Sales Coordinator at Raval Europe from 2014 to 2017 involved managing global supply plans and inventory control. Hen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, earned between 2010 and 2014.
