Scott Rinebolt

Scott Rinebolt is an experienced Development Manager at KTL Solutions, Inc. since August 2020, overseeing the delivery of critical business solutions and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Directors, and C-level executives within an Agile Scrum environment. Prior to this role, Scott served as the Manager of Research and Development at Experient for over twenty years, where responsibilities included problem analysis and architectural design, as well as software development and technical guidance. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science at Frederick Community College.
