Brody Gatza

Brody Gatza is currently a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Kansas, where involvement began in May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Rotating Detonation Rocket Engine Modeling Intern at the Air Force Research Laboratory during the summer of 2025 and a position as a NASA CFD Modeling Intern at NASA Glenn Research Center in the summer of 2024. Additionally, Brody Gatza worked as a Shift Manager at Balls Food Stores from June 2017 to 2023. Brody Gatza is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Kansas, expected to be completed in May 2027, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution, obtained in 2023.
