Peter Leoni

Peter Leoni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial mathematics and energy trading. Currently serving as a Visiting Professor at K.U.Leuven since September 2011, Peter Leoni teaches courses in Financial Mathematics and Financial Engineering, balancing academic pursuits with a significant career in trading and management. Previous roles include Head of LNG Supply and Trading at New Fortress Energy, Marketing and Trading at Tellurian Inc., and Head of Quantitative Trading at EDF Trading. Peter Leoni has held various leadership positions at Koch Industries, focusing on innovative solutions in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and global gas trading, and has built a strong technical foundation in energy markets through roles at Gunvor International, Electrabel, and ING Financial Markets.
