Garrett Nay

Garrett Nay has an extensive work experience in software engineering and web development. Garrett is currently working as a Software Engineer at Kuali, Inc. Since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LendingClub as a Software Engineer, where they developed a self-service payment relief application process and refactored their questionnaire using a state machine design. Before LendingClub, they worked at Kuali, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of new features and achieved accessibility compliance for their Curriculum Management product. Garrett also worked at Workfront as a Front End Engineer, where they worked on a greenfield asset management library project and developed a file tree viewer component. Garrett gained experience as a Software Engineer at Infusionsoft, where they helped develop a tool for small business owners using React. Prior to that, they worked at Morinda, Inc. and Lancera as a Web Developer, gaining experience in front-end web development using various JavaScript libraries and frameworks. Garrett also worked at Brigham Young University in various roles, including web development, instructional video editing, teaching assistant, and librarian.

Garrett Nay began their education at Brigham Young University in 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language in 2010. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at Brigham Young University, earning a Master's degree in Linguistics in 2013.
