Qasim Ali Bajwa

Qasim Ali Bajwa has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Qasim Ali started their career in 2011 as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at NorthBay Solutions, where they worked on various mobile and web applications. Qasim Ali later joined Swenggco Software in 2014 as a Senior Software QA Engineer and Team Lead, managing a team of five people. In 2015, they moved to Systems Limited and took on roles as an Advisory Software Quality Assurance Engineer and later as a Senior Advisory Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Team Lead. During this time, they gained expertise in testing web applications, mobile apps, and automated testing using tools like Load Runner and Jmeter.

In 2020, Qasim joined Kualitatem Inc. and assumed multiple roles, including Process Engineering Lead, Principal SQA Engineer, and Test Coordinator. Their responsibilities included improving processes and documentation, participating in client communications, performing internal audits, and leading teams in test planning and execution.

In 2023, they also worked as a Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Test Coordinator at Bank Saudi Fransi, where they focused on creating process guidelines and templates, performing internal audits, and participating in project reviews.

Throughout their career, Qasim has demonstrated their ability to manage teams, communicate with clients, and contribute to the improvement of testing processes and procedures.

Qasim Ali Bajwa completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) with honors in Computer Software Engineering from Punjab University College of Information Technology Lahore (PUCIT) from 2007 to 2011.
