Mhrm Alexander Kuch

Alexander Kuch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and leadership positions. Alexander is currently the Director of Human Resources at Kualoa Ranch Hawaii, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at The Odom Corporation as a Senior Human Resource Regional Manager and a Human Resource Regional Manager. Alexander also held roles at ProService Hawaii as a Talent Development Manager and an Internal Human Resource Generalist. Alexander has also worked as a Leadership and Employee Development Specialist at Bank of Hawaii and as an Employee Relations Manager at Care Hawaii Inc. Alexander began their career in the Peace Corps, serving as a Volunteer Program Leader and an Education Volunteer. Throughout their career, Alexander has demonstrated expertise in talent development, employee relations, and organizational change management.

Alexander Kuch, MHRM, SHRM-SCP, pursued their education at multiple institutions. In 2004, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Arizona. Later, in 2013, they obtained a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

In addition to their educational background, Alexander Kuch has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2020, they successfully completed a course titled "Human Experience Management (HXM) - The Next Phase of HR" offered by SAP. Furthermore, they have also earned the designation of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in the same year.
