Jay Dodd Cert. ICSA has worked for multiple companies in the past. Jay began their career in 2007 as a Personal Banker for Banco Santander. In 2012, they moved to Santander UK Corporate & Commercial as a Business Relationship Manager. In 2014, they took on the role of Select Relationship Manager for Banco Santander. In 2015, they joined Equiniti as a Business Development Director for Equiniti Digital. Theirrole description included building relationships with board and senior level clients, introducing innovative technology enabled solutions, delivering organic and sustainable revenue growth, and keeping abreast of industry issues and activity. Jay also held the roles of Strategic Client Director, Business Development, Client Account Director, Group Accounts, and Senior Relationship Manager at Equiniti. In 2021, they co-founded Kuberno.

Jay Dodd obtained their Cert. ICSA from Kensington College of Business between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Varndean College from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Maths, English, Sports development, and completed a FA Coaching Course. Jay attended Longhill High School from 1999 to 2004.
