Naz Sarkar brings extensive leadership experience in the governance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Chair and non-executive director at Kuberno since August 2023, Naz Sarkar collaborates with the CEO, founders, and stakeholders to develop technology-driven governance solutions. Previously, Naz Sarkar held key positions at Computershare for nearly 18 years, including CEO of Global Issuer Services and Director of Investor Services. Naz Sarkar's career also includes a significant tenure at Lloyds TSB Bank plc, where the role of Head of Relationship Management was undertaken. Naz Sarkar holds degrees from the University of Birmingham and The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, reflecting a strong foundation in governance and finance.
