Laksmanna Ramiah has extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Experience Lead at Kubota Canada Ltd. since July 2018, Laksmanna previously held the position of Customer Service Supervisor at SICK Ltd. from July 2016 to June 2018, focusing on optimizing processes through intelligent sensor solutions. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Pitney Bowes from 2003 to June 2016, where Laksmanna successfully led a 17-member team and built strong client relationships across Canada.
