Paulo Pinzon-Isaza

Paulo Pinzon-Isaza has a diverse work experience in various roles related to product support, warranty and administration, and quality assurance. Paulo started their career in 1989 as a Parts Specialist at Mazda North American Operations before moving on to Kubota in 2002 as a Quality Assurance Team Leader. In 2012, they became the Warranty & Administration Manager at Kubota Canada. From 2015 until 2020, Paulo worked at Kubota Farm Machinery Europe SAS as the Product Support Manager, where they were responsible for establishing and developing the aftersales Product Support Program. Currently, they are the Director of National Product Support at Kubota Canada Ltd.

Paulo Pinzon-Isaza began their education at Instituto Fermin Naudeau from 1980 to 1985, where they pursued a Science Baccalaureate. Paulo then continued their studies in Economics at Universidad Nacional de Panama from 1985 to 1987. Finally, from 1993 to 1997, Paulo attended John Abbott College, focusing on Finance.
