David Costa

David Costa has extensive experience in various technology and leadership roles. David is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Kubota Corporation's Kubota Credit Corp. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from 2013 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Bank of America as an Enterprise Architect in 2012. From 2010 to 2012, they held the positions of VP Application Development and VP Application Management at American Home Mortgage Servicing. In 2010, they worked as a Consultant at CVR Energy, Inc. From 2003 to 2010, they were the Director of Application Development at JPMorgan Chase, where they were responsible for analyzing, designing, and reviewing complex technical architectures. David also served as the Director of Application Development at SST from 2003 to 2006, where they managed a large application development team and ensured the successful delivery of various applications. Prior to that, they worked at Prudential as the Director of Call Center Systems from 1997 to 2003, overseeing the management and deployment of customer communication applications. David also held roles as a Vice President at Chase Manhattan from 1992 to 1997, where they led teams in the development of CRM and MIS applications, and as an Asset Specialist at FDIC from 1990 to 1992, managing the implementation of general ledger software packages.

David Costa attended The University of Tulsa from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued a degree in Accounting and Economics. David then enrolled in the Graduate Program in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1988 to 1989.
