Paul Grimes

Paul Grimes, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Kubota Tractor Corporation since May 2024 and as a Faculty Fellow at Lipscomb University since December 2021, teaching online courses in Human Resource Management and Principles of Business. With extensive experience in human resources, Grimes held various leadership roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Sabre Industries, Inc., Organizational Development Manager at Premier Tech, and Director of Benefits & Retirement Plans at Aureon. Additionally, Grimes has served on the management teams of Kreg Tool Company and Becker Underwood, and has extensive HR experience in the military, culminating in a role as Director, Equal Opportunity in the United States Air Force. Grimes holds an MBA from Webster University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
