Elske de Kok

Elske de Kok has extensive work experience in human resources. Elske is currently working as an HR Manager at KUBUS and BIMcollab. Prior to this, they worked at Smit Thermal Solutions BV as an HR Manager, where they formulated and implemented HR strategies and projects. Elske was responsible for the HR budget and acted as a partner to employees and MT members. Before that, they worked at BenQ Europe as a senior HR Advisor from 2008 to 2019. Elske also has experience as an Advisor for Human Resource Development at Sligro Food Group and as an HR administrator at Sacha Shoes.

Elske de Kok holds an Executive Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Boertien Vergouwen Overduin, which was completed from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, Elske obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Elske'seducational journey began at Sondervick College, where they completed their VWO degree with a specialization in Economics from 1995 to 2001.
