Dolapo Odusanya

Dolapo Odusanya is an experienced customer service professional currently serving as a Service Recovery Officer-Customer Experience at Kuda since May 2023. Previously, Dolapo held various roles at Jumia Nigeria from January 2020 to April 2023, including Customer Support Specialist and Contact Centre Agent, where responsibilities included handling high-value orders and mentoring new hires.
