Nkiruka Okonkwo

Nkiruka Okonkwo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Payment Dispute Resolution at Kuda since October 2020, Nkiruka has also held roles as a Senior Backoffice Operations Specialist, Senior Customer Support Specialist, and Customer Experience Associate within the same organization.
