Rachael Olubusola Odusami

Rachael Olubusola Odusami has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Rachael Olubusola started their career at GOKADA in 2018 as an HR Officer and later transitioned to the role of People Operations Coordinator. In 2020, they joined Kuda as a Senior HR Executive and eventually became the Head of HR, Nigeria.

Rachael Olubusola Odusami completed their Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy at the University of Lagos from 2010 to 2014. Rachael Olubusola then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Southampton from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they attained an Associate qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2016.
