Hirokazu Horii

Hirokazu Horii has extensive work experience in project management and digital business development. Hirokazu started their career in 2006 as an Assistant Manager at NRI, where they worked until 2015. In 2019, they became the Manager of the Financial Services Research and Technology Division. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Project Manager and Manager of the Digital Business Development Department at NRI. In 2022, Horii joined Kudan as a Project Manager.

Hirokazu Horii obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tokyo University of Science, where they studied from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include "Designing and Building AI Products and Services" from Emeritus in April 2022, "Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2019, "Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer" from Oracle in September 2018, "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2020, and "Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2019. Hirokazu has also received an edX Verified Certificate for "The Analytics Edge," although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
