As Co-Founder of the Institute for Career Advising and Development, Kim emphasizes professional learning experiences for educators and career development professionals. Kim's educational background includes an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in School Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
