Mercy Ebere Iroh BSc, MSc has a solid work experience in customer service and product operations. Mercy Ebere recently joined Nomba as a Product Operations Associate in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nomba as a Customer Success Associate starting from November 2021. Mercy also has experience working at Stanbic IBTC, where they held the position of Customer Service Team Lead since June 2020. Mercy Ebere started their career at Stanbic IBTC as an Inbound Customer Service Representative in June 2015 and worked there until March 2020.

Mercy Ebere Iroh received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology from Bayero University, Kano. Mercy Ebere studied at the university from 2008 to 2012.

Following their undergraduate studies, Mercy pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Lagos. Mercy Ebere attended the university from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Mercy has also obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they completed "The Practices of High-Performing Employees" certification offered by LinkedIn. In June 2021, they obtained the "Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text" certification, as well as the "Problem Solving Techniques" certification, both also offered by LinkedIn.
