Olawale Orija has held various roles in the finance and customer service industries since 2011. Olawale began their career as a Finance Officer at the Federal Ministry of Lands & Housing in 2011, followed by an E-Banking Officer role at UBA Group. In 2012, they took on the role of Account Officer at Grace Ventures. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Natural Prime Resources Nigeria Limited as a Finance Analyst, specializing in General Ledger & Tax. From 2016 to 2021, they held various roles at Fidelity Bank PLC, including Customer Experience Analyst, Customer Engagement & Brand Assurance Specialist, Team Lead - Quality Assurance Analyst, Relief Supervisor and Team Lead (Contact Center), and E-Banking Support and Call Center Representative. Currently, they are a Customer Experience Quality Assurance Specialist at Nomba, where they are responsible for enhancing the support quality assurance metrics on the Team, ensuring compliance, and ensuring customer privacy and security.
Olawale Orija attended OLABIBI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a B.Sc in Banking and Finance.
