Anthony Trapani

Anthony Trapani is the current Director of Talent at KUDO. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Covera Health from February 2022 to September 2022. Anthony also served as the Director of Talent at KUDO from August 2021 to February 2022, and as the Senior Manager of Talent & People Ops at HUMAN from March 2018 to August 2021. Anthony began their career at Apple in October 2011 as a Talent Operations Specialist, where they were responsible for meeting the staffing goals for a flagship NYC location. Anthony later became responsible for developing and implementing improved recruitment processes for external and internal candidates, setting up hiring managers for success through sourcing strategies based on market demands and key staffing priorities. In their role as Senior Manager of Talent & People Ops at HUMAN, Anthony led the rebranding of the HR team as the Talent Team to emphasize approachability and broader scope of HR portfolio into all aspects of employee experience. Anthony has also served as a primary point of contact for staffing, scheduling, benefits, time & attendance for 400 employees at a NYC flagship location, and has conducted employee exit interviews to perform retention analysis. Anthony is a strategic thinker with a passion for talent management and improving the employee experience. Anthony is committed to best practices in HR and is always looking for ways to improve processes and systems.

The educational career for Anthony Trapani includes a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Employee Relations from Penn State University.
