Matt Smoker

Matt Smoker is the Vice President of Consulting Services at KPI Integrated Solutions since January 2022 and has been a Senior Project Manager at Precision Distribution Consulting since 2007. With extensive experience in strategic management consulting, Matt manages diverse client engagements that encompass project delivery, business development, innovation, and team development for a wide array of industries including consumer packaged goods, retail, food and beverage, and healthcare. Projects have been successfully executed in 15 countries, serving clients from Fortune 10 to Fortune 1000 companies as well as family-owned businesses. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at St. Onge Company from 2001 to 2006, where over 40 supply chain engagements were managed. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
