Ronda Hellings

Ronda Hellings serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at KPI Integrated Solutions since November 2021. Previously, Ronda held the position of AVP Human Resources at Kansas City Southern from 2018 to 2020, where leadership and oversight of Global Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations teams were provided. Ronda's extensive experience also includes roles at Wolverine Worldwide from 2004 to 2018, culminating as Sr. Director of Human Resources, where strategic leadership was offered to a large international workforce. Earlier, Ronda contributed to Pizza Hut, Inc. in various HR roles between 1992 and 2000, including Sr. Human Resources Leader for the Chicago Division and Human Resources Manager at corporate headquarters. Ronda began a career at General Motors Corporation from 1989 to 1992, supporting salaried personnel and national training. Ronda holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
