Marieke van Amerongen

Marieke van Amerongen currently serves as an HR Talent Development Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, focusing on talent management and performance enablement within the Benelux organization since January 2020. Marieke has also held various HR roles at Kuehne+Nagel, including National HR Business Process and Data Specialist, where responsibilities included optimizing digital HR landscapes and advising on process digitalization. Marieke participated in the EMEA Regional Talent Programme, contributing to building an international network. Prior experience includes roles at Randstad and JMW Horeca Uitzendbureau, where Marieke specialized in recruitment and HR support, complemented by a background in marketing and communications. Educational achievements include a Post HBO in People Analytics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and an Associate's degree in Tourism Marketing and Communication from Breda University of Applied Sciences. Currently enrolled in Divine Ayurveda, Marieke continues to expand professional expertise.
