Libby Battles

Libby (Elisabeth) Battles is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior HR Specialist at Sammons Financial Group Companies since December 2022, Battles previously held the role of Culture & Training Specialist at Lifespace Communities, Inc. from February 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, Battles gained valuable experience in wellness coordination and assistance at WesleyLife and worked as a Dietary Aide at Green Hills Retirement Community. Libby holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Community and Public Health from Iowa State University, completed in 2018.
