Leah Gaerlan

Leah Gaerlan is an experienced apparel production manager with a strong background in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Apparel Production Manager at KUIU since March 2022, Leah previously held the position of Director of Production & Product Operations for Ralph Lauren Home from July 2013 to March 2022, overseeing a diverse portfolio with an annual product cost exceeding $100 million and managing a global vendor base. Additionally, Leah spent over a decade at Liz Claiborne, initially as a Senior Production Specialist and advancing to Global PD and Manufacturing Manager, where responsibilities included managing the entire production process, establishing standard operating procedures, and building vendor strategies. Leah is an alumnus of the Fashion Institute of Technology.
