Sathappan M

Sathappan M has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sathappan is currently the Co-founder and CTO at Kula, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, Sathappan worked at Grab as a Software Engineering Manager II from August 2018 to August 2021. Sathappan also served as an Engineering Manager - SRE and Data Infrastructure at ShopBack from June 2017 to July 2018.

Sathappan's earlier experience includes being the Head of Engineering for Freshcaller at Freshworks, where they successfully launched and led a cloud telephony solution for SMBs. Sathappan joined Freshworks in December 2011 and held various roles, including Product Developer, Technical Lead, and Head of Engineering for Freshcaller. Before joining Freshworks, Sathappan worked as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2009 to November 2011.

From 2005 to 2009, Sathappan M attended Pondicherry University and obtained a B.Tech degree in Computer Science.
