James Dumas

James Dumas is currently the VP of Operations at Kuleana Rum Works. Prior to this, James held various roles in the hospitality industry, working as the Head of Hospitality at High West Distillery & Saloon, Ski Coach at Rowmark Ski Academy, Ski Instructor at Deer Valley Resort, and Executive Chef at Goldener Hirsch Inn. With a background in culinary arts and hospitality management, James also previously owned and operated restaurants such as Les Sommet Restaurant Group and The Gala Buffet. James began their career as an intern at The River Café and has a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
