Jessica Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and human resources. Currently serving as the Customer Success & Operations Manager at City Express Fulfillment since January 2023, Jessica also holds the role of Human Resources Consultant at Kuli Kuli Inc. since January 2018, along with previous positions as Office Manager & Operations Coordinator and Chief of Staff.
