Casper Sermsuksan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Casper is currently an Author at The Startup Mindset, where they share 29 life lessons to inspire entrepreneurs. Previously, they held multiple roles at Thai Startup, including Executive Vice President of Strategy & Global Ecosystem and Board Member.

Casper has also founded their own company, really Casper., in 2018. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member (Innovation & Research) at the Thai Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Board Member - Digital Technology Policy (Open Bangkok) at the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.

In the education sector, Casper has been a Board Member - Faculty of Fine Arts at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and a Guest Lecturer at Chulalongkorn University's School of Integrated Innovation.

Before these roles, they co-founded Kulina Indonesia, an innovative F&B and logistics startup. Casper served as the Chief Executive Officer, leading the company's growth and achievements such as partnerships with top F&B brands and attending prestigious events like the World Economic Forum.

Casper has also been recognized by Google as a Blackbox Scholar and has participated in the Alibaba Group's eFounders Fellowship program as Thailand & Indonesia Co-Chair. These experiences have given him exposure to international business leaders and digital innovations.

Casper Sermsuksan began their education at the University of Southern California in 2013. Casper initially pursued a double major in Linguistics and East Asian Languages and Culture but dropped out before completing their degree. In 2013, they also attended the USC Marshall School of Business, where they studied Business Administration with a focus on Strategy & Entrepreneurship.

Afterward, in 2016, Casper obtained certifications in various areas, including being a Certified Fraternity Volunteer from Alpha Kappa Psi and achieving Inbound Certification from HubSpot. Casper also earned certifications in HTML & CSS, Python, and SQL: Analyzing Business Metrics from Codecademy.

In 2017, Casper attended Tradecraft, where they received training in Startup Training, specifically in Product Design & Growth.

Casper continued their education in 2018 by participating in the Google Launchpad Accelerator Batch #5 in San Francisco and the Blackbox Connect - Founders Accelerator as a Google Scholar.

Currently, Casper is enrolled in the Executive MBA program at the Sasin School of Management, where they are a candidate and pursuing further education in the field.
