Jerry Luong

Jerry Luong, M.A.HRM, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse organizational settings. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at KULR Technology Group, Inc., Jerry oversees payroll processes and onboarding initiatives. As the Founder-CEO of Friendly HR Consultant LLC, Jerry provides strategic human capital guidance to various businesses. Previous roles include HR Partner at Amazon, where Jerry launched a major fulfillment center and managed DEI programs, and HR Generalist at TargetCW and Apex Recovery, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee relations, and policy compliance. Jerry holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from Grossmont Community College.
