Roberto Pavan

Roberto Pavan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food innovation, project development, and retail management. As Co-Founder of Kumana Foods since April 2016, Roberto has been instrumental in launching the first avocado-based sauce line sold in the United States, establishing the brand in the national specialty food market. Currently engaged in sales at Sysco since September 2023, Roberto previously served as Executive Vice President at Manufacturas Enveta from April 2011 to February 2018, leading project development and sales in the automotive component industry. Earlier, Roberto owned TKS Miami, a retail and e-commerce business focused on water sports equipment, successfully expanding to three locations. Educational achievements include a Management major with minors in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
