Sasi Rega

Sasi Rega has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Manager for Human Resources at Kumaran Systems for the CIBC – Canada location since April 2021, where responsibilities include gathering requirements from the Account Manager and collaborating with HR and Technical Managers. Prior to this role, Sasi held the position of Senior Executive - Human Resources at Kumaran Systems from November 2016 to December 2020, focusing on the end-to-end recruitment cycle and job specification analysis. Additionally, experience as an Associate Recruiter at Dayspring IT Services from June 2014 to June 2015 included expertise in ITAP and Tech Mahindra portals while understanding client requirements.
