Luis Chiba

Luis Chiba currently serves as Director on the Board of Directors at Kumon Brasil, where responsibilities include overseeing operations across Spanish-speaking countries in South America. As President of Kumon Mexico since July 2018, Luis has successfully expanded the franchise network and introduced new learning programs and modalities. Prior experience includes roles as Country Manager for Kumon Argentina and General Manager for the Spanish Speaking Countries Support Department at Kumon Brasil, where significant growth in student enrollment was achieved. Additionally, Luis has a background in global marketing strategy development for overseas subsidiaries through the Global Management Department at （株）公文教育研究会 and previous experience as Area Manager in Japan. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Hult International Business School and an engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.
