Miriam Haerst

Miriam Haerst has had two significant work experiences in their career. Miriam started working as a Research Associate and Senior Assistant at the Technical University Munich in January 2012 and held this position until September 2018. During this time, they worked at the Institute of Medical and Polymer Engineering.

In 2017, Miriam Haerst co-founded Kumovis, which is now a subsidiary of 3D Systems. Miriam initially joined as the Co-CEO and Co-Founder in October 2017 and later transitioned to the role of Manager of Operations and Co-Founder in April 2022. There is no specified end date for either of these roles at Kumovis.

Miriam Haerst completed their education in the field of Maschinenwesen (mechanical engineering) at the Technical University of Munich. Miriam began their studies in 2006 and received their Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.-Ing.) degree in 2011. In 2012, they continued their education and obtained a Doktor-Ingenieur (Dr.-Ing.) degree in the same field from the same university, completing their studies in 2016.
