Tiffany Luo is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical supply chain management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager at Kumquat Biosciences Inc. since February 2025. In this role, Tiffany oversees end-to-end supply chain operations for global clinical trials, ensuring the effective delivery of investigational medicinal products. Prior to this position, Tiffany held the title of Sr. Manager of Clinical Supply & Logistics at Ambrx Biopharma, where operational leadership was provided for multiple clinical trials, including ARX517 and ARX788. With extensive experience at Hologic in various scientific roles and previous leadership in analytical research at Andrx Pharmaceuticals, Tiffany's education includes a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Materials Science from Fudan University.
