Ryan Cruz

Ryan Cruz has a diverse background in foodservice and hospitality, with current experience in purchasing at Kuna Foodservice since May 2021. Prior roles include Director of Outlets at both Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel & Conference Center and Marriott Hotels, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing multiple dining venues to managing outlet operations. Ryan has also served as a Sales & Purchasing Coordinator at Caterpillar Parts Department and held roles in bar management and training at Crusens and Bar Louie. Ryan is currently enrolled in a Business Administration and Management program at Illinois Central College, which has been pursued since 2017.
