Wei-Shu Hua

Wei-Shu Hua is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in metrology, biomedical prototypes, and research. Currently serving as the Yieldstar CS China cluster lead at ASML since November 2017, Wei-Shu has held roles including TSMC workstream lead and application and business support engineer. Previous experience includes working as a process engineer at Materiomics, a researcher at the University of Twente, and a research assistant at National Taiwan University, where various projects in nanotechnology and sensor systems were conducted. An academic foundation includes a PhD in Engineering Science and Ocean Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Taiwan University of Technology. Additionally, Wei-Shu has contributed as a technical consultant and lecturer in various capacities.
