Olesia Shevchik

Olesia Shevchik is a Machine Learning Engineer at KUNGFU.AI since February 2023, with prior experience as a Data Scientist at Dyno Therapeutics, where responsibilities included implementing an end-to-end BERT-like encoder model to predict protein properties and adapting pre-trained ESM transformer models. Olesia also worked as a Research Scientist at the RAS Computing Center from 2014 to 2017, focusing on lung cancer detection through medical image data analysis and model development. Olesia holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2018-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Far Eastern State Technical University (2009-2014).
