Allard van der Veen

Allard van der Veen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Allard began their career as an Intern at the International Office of HZ University of Applied Sciences in 2008. In 2009, they joined Modernfamilies GmbH as an Intern in Marketing.

Continuing their career progression, Allard van der Veen joined Funstage in 2010 as a Dutch Customer Support & Translator. After two years, they transitioned to A1 Telekom Austria AG, where they served as a Product Manager in multiple teams. In the Residential Mobile Team, they were responsible for A1 Prepaid and brand products from September 2013 to October 2015. Allard then moved to the mCommerce Team, where they managed A1 mCommerce Apps, mPayment business solution, and conducted market analysis from January 2012 to August 2013.

In 2015, Allard van der Veen joined Sony as a Product Manager for TV, where they worked until July 2017. Following their tenure at Sony, they joined kununu in September 2017. Allard initially held the position of Manager in Partnerships & Business Development until March 2019. Allard then progressed to the role of Senior Manager in the same department until December 2022. Currently, they serve as the Team Lead for Partnerships & Marketing Operations at kununu, starting from January 2023.

Allard van der Veen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a minor in Marketing & International Business from Okanagan College from 2007 to 2008. Allard then pursued further education and obtained a BBA degree in Management, Economics & Law from HZ University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2009. Following this, Allard pursued an MA degree in International Marketing & Sales from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
